September 2024 Newsletter and Report

September was a whirlwind of vibrant celebrations, as we joyfully observed some major festivals: Shri Krishna Barhaun, Ganesh Chaturthi, Radhastami and Shri Radha Rani’s Chatthi and Barhaun.

The highlight was the Radhashtami Sadhana Shivir which was held in Barsana, featuring the esteemed presence of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP) Presidents H.H. Sushri Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji, H.H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji, and H.H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji. Hundreds of devotees from all over India and abroad attended the Shivir, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere.

Kirti Mandir, Barsana was adorned like a bride, dazzling with lights and decorations, drawing devotees eager for darshan of Shri Radha Rani. Additionally, the Sadhana Shivir included a medical skin camp and blood donation camp at Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya in Barsana benefiting hundreds of attendees and exemplifying the spirit of community service during this festive season. 6 Sep 24 – Shri Krishna 12th Day – Rangeeli Mahal, Barsana

The 12th Day of the Divine Appearance of  Shri Krishna was celebrated in Rangeeli Mahal, Barsana.  Devotees had the opportunity of swinging Baby Krishna in the cradle in the presence of our three JKP Presidents. A special feast (bhog) was also offered to Lord Krishna with great reverence.

7 Sep 24 – Shri Ganesh Chaturthi – Rangeeli Mahal, Barsana

On the auspicious occasion of Shri Ganesh Chaturthi, a joyous celebration took place at Rangeeli Mahal, Barsana in the morning. The event featured a vibrant Aarti, led by our JKP Presidents H.H. Sushri Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji, H.H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji and H.H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji as well as a special Abhishek of Shri Ganesh Ji. 

Specialchantings (sankirtans) were sung infusing the atmosphere with devotion and bliss. Modaks, the beloved sweet of Shri Ganesh, were offered to Him as a mark of reverence. Devotees were then blessed with the ladoos as prasad.

8 – 11 Sep 24 – Radhashtami Sadhana Shivir – Rangeeli Mahal, Barsana

Radhashtami Sadhana Shivir 2024 was celebrated in Kirti Mandir under the auspices of the esteemed Presidents of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, H.H. Sushri Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji, H.H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji, and H.H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji. Hundreds of devotees from India and abroad gathered to honour the birth of Shri Radha Rani in her divine abode, Barsana.

The celebration was filled with a variety of special programs. One unique highlight was the opportunity for devotees to apply Mehndi to the lotus feet of Shri Radha Rani, an experience steeped in deep emotion and reverence. Special cultural programs showcased devotees singing and dancing to depict Shri Radha Rani’s pastimes, creating a delightful atmosphere.  Baldau’s (Balram) Chhath was also celebrated with a cake-cutting during the Shivir.

A special Qawwali was performed celebrating the virtues of our Guru Dev, who guides us on the sacred path of devotion. Additionally, a Leela program on Bhola Nath, a spiritually elevated devotee of Shri Radha Rani was enacted by Barsana devotees, signifying the power of devotion.

Shri Radha Rani’s Divine appearance day, Radhashtami, was celebrated with great reverence in the early morning of 11 Sep, with Aarti, Abhishek, and the offering of Bhog to Shri Radha Rani. A joyful cake-cutting ceremony at Rangeeli Mahal marked her divine birth, followed by a grand abhishek with panchamrit, adding to the festivity. Devotees danced in joy, expressing their profound love and devotion, creating a vibrant and uplifting ambiance. This heartfelt celebration truly captured the essence of Radhashtami.

Devotees then had the cherished opportunity to offer their pranam to Shri Maharaj Ji and Amma Ji, deepening their connection with Gurudev. Throughout the day, kirtan resonated in Kirti Mandir, which was beautifully illuminated like a bride, creating an enchanting atmosphere filled with devotion and joy. It was a memorable celebration that touched the hearts of all who participated.

8 Sep 24 – Medical Skin Camp – Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya, Barsana

A special medical skin camp was held at Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya, Barsana, where 400 patients received treatment for various skin conditions.   The Presidents of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, H.H. Sushri Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji, H.H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji, and H.H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji, graciously inaugurated the camp and personally interacted with the doctors.

9 Sep 24 – Blood Donation Camp – Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya, Barsana

During the Radhashtami Sadhana Shivir 2024, an impressive 150 units of blood were donated by dedicated sadhaks attending the event. The blood donation camp, held at Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya in Barsana, was formally inaugurated by the esteemed Presidents of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP): H.H. Sushri Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji, H.H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji, and H.H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji. This remarkable effort not only showcased the generosity and commitment of the community but also highlighted the spirit of service that is integral to the celebrations. The contributions made during this camp will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on many lives in need.

16 Sep 24 – Shri Radha Rani Chhati – Golok Dham, Delhi

16 Sep 24 marked the 6th day after Radhashtami, a divine occasion for devotees of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. Sadhaks gathered at Golok Dham to honour this auspicious day with great devotion. The atmosphere was filled with bliss as devotees engaged in mesmerising sankirtan, singing the praises of Shri Radha Rani with devotion and love. A special abhishek was performed, followed by aarti, adding to the deep sense of connection with Radha Rani.

The occasion became even more joyful for the devotees in Delhi, as they had the opportunity to meet the Presidents of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, H.H. Sushri Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji, H.H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji and H.H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji, who visited Golok Dham for the celebrations. Their presence further elevated the significance of the day, filling the sadhaks with immense joy and inspiration, making this auspicious occasion truly memorable.

18 Sep 24 – 9th Anniversary of Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitslaya, Vrindavan

Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya in Vrindavan proudly celebrated its 9th anniversary of dedicated service to the public, providing free medicines and healthcare to the impoverished members of society. Devotees, doctors and staff, gathered to celebrate this significant milestone, highlighting the importance of accessible healthcare.

22 Sep – Shri Radha Rani’s Barhaun – Shri Kripalu Dham

On this auspicious 12th day of the Divine Appearance of Shri Radha Rani, Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat joyfully celebrated the occasion with heartfelt devotion. A special Bhog was lovingly offered to Shri Radha Rani and our revered Shri Gurudev, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. Radha Rani was gently swung on a beautifully adorned Jhula, filling the atmosphere with grace and serenity.

The day’s celebrations also featured soul-stirring Aarti and melodious sankirtan, creating a blissful and uplifting morning for all.
