February 2025 Newsletter and Report

February was marked by a series of spiritually enriching events organized by Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat.  The month commenced with the Basant Panchami Sadhana Shivir from February 2nd to 9th at Jagadguru Kripalu Dham, Vrindavan. Devotees immersed themselves in kirtans and Roopdhyan practice, culminating in the vibrant celebration of Basant Panchami. A significant highlight during the Basant Panchami Sadhana Shivir was the celebrations of the 6th Anniversary of Kirti Mandir, which devotees joyfully commemorated in Barsana. 

A special event was held at Prem Bhavan, Vrindavan to honor the 70th anniversary of Prem Ras Siddhant, the monumental philosophical masterpiece written by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. This timeless scripture continues to illuminate the path of devotion, drawing seekers to the eternal wisdom of the Vedas and scriptures.

On February 9th, a deeply emotional tribute was paid to Badi Didi (Sushri Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji) on her 76th Birth Anniversary. The atmosphere was filled with both reverence and sorrow, as devotees reminisced about her boundless grace and felt the weight of her absence.

On February 14th, devotees celebrated Gopi Prem Diwas, honoring the selfless and transcendental love of the Braj Gopis for their beloved Lord Krishna. This observance, introduced by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, redefines traditional Valentine’s Day celebrations by focusing on the pure, unconditional devotion exemplified by the Gopis.

The 13th anniversary of Prem Mandir was celebrated on February 24th, with devotees commemorating this milestone with joy and devotion.

The celebrations culminated with Maha Shivaratri on February 26, 2025, a night dedicated to honouring Lord Shiva.

In addition to these spiritual events, JKP’s philanthropic activities included the distribution of 300 desks to schools in Pratapgarh and a National Deworming initiative benefiting students, reflecting the Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya’s commitment to service and well-being.

February was truly a spiritually enriching month, filled with devotion, remembrance, and the ever-flowing grace of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, leaving every heart uplifted and inspired.

2 – 9 Feb 25 – Basant Sadhana Shivir – Jagadguru Kripalu Dham, Vrindavan

The Basant Sadhana Shivir commenced on February 2, 2025, at Jagadguru Kripalu Dham in Vrindavan, marking the onset of spring. Originally planned as a five-day retreat, the Shivir was extended to February 9, 2025, allowing sadhaks additional time for sadhana practice.

Devotees had the blessed opportunity to apply Mehendi, during this Sadhana programme, on Shri Gurudev’s charan, expressing their deep reverence.

A special Basant Panchami Bhog was offered to Shri Maharaji, and many took part in the joyous spring festival. As the Shivir progressed, sadhaks immersed themselves in satsang, kirtan, and roopdhyan meditation, making the most of this sacred time.

2 Feb 25 – Inauguration of a new Dental wing at Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya, Barsana Dham

A new Dental wing was inaugurated at JKC, Barsana with the blessings of our revered JKP Presidents, HH Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji and HH Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji.

3 Feb 25 – Basant Panchami & 6th Anniversary of Kirti Mandir – Kirti  Mandir, Barsana

Devotees headed to Barsana Dham to celebrate Basant Panchami and mark the 6th anniversary of Kirti Mandir’s inauguration. The day was filled with special moments at Kirti Mandir and Rangeeli Mahal, as devotees immersed themselves in devotion.

A beautiful Abhishek took place at Kirti Mandir, where the murti of Shri Radha Rani was bathed in Panchamrit, accompanied by soulful kirtans that filled the air with divine vibrations. As the sacred ceremony unfolded, many devotees streamed into Kirti Mandir, singing and dancing in joyous devotion, completely immersed in the spiritual bliss of the moment.

The atmosphere resonated with soulful kirtans at Rangeeli Mahal, where all eyes remained transfixed on Shri Radha Rani, seated majestically on her throne. Her divine beauty and boundless love radiated across the gathering, leaving everyone in awe.

After partaking in the lunch prasad at Barsana, devotees returned to Jagadguru Kripalu Dham, Vrindavan, where the Basant Sadhana Shivir resumed, allowing them to further immerse themselves in devotion, deepening their divine journey.

4 Feb 25 – 70th Anniversary of Prem Ras Siddhant – Jagadguru Dham, Vrindavan Dham

On the auspicious occasion of the 70th anniversary of Prem Ras Siddhant, all ashrams of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP) held special Parikramas, immersing themselves in its divine wisdom with love and gratitude towards Hari-Guru.

At Jagadguru Dham, Vrindavan, a special display was prepared in Prem Bhavan, showcasing Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Maharaj Ji deeply absorbed in writing the Prem Ras Siddhant, flanked by a sacred presentation of this revered scripture. Devotees participated in a solemn Parikrama around this divine setup inside Prem Bhavan, carrying the Prem Ras Siddhant proudly on their heads as a mark of honor and devotion. The sanctity of the occasion was further elevated by the presence of JKP President, HH Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji, whose divine grace added to the spiritual fervor of the event.

Penned by our beloved Shri Gurudev, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, Prem Ras Siddhant is an extraordinary scripture that illuminates the essence of the Vedas and scriptures, answering life’s most profound questions: Who am I? What is my purpose? Over the years, this sacred text has transformed countless lives, offering a deeper understanding of devotion and bringing immense joy and fulfillment when its teachings are practiced. With millions of copies sold, Prem Ras Siddhant continues to be an essential guide for every spiritual seeker, leading them toward divine love and ultimate truth.

A special Yugal Charan Abhishek was also performed on this day, where devotees participated with deep reverence and devotion, immersing themselves in the divine grace of Shri Radha Krishna.

The 70th anniversary of Prem Ras Siddhant was a momentous occasion, reflecting the timeless wisdom and enduring impact of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj’s teachings on the path of devotion.

9 Feb 25 – 76th Birth Anniversary of Badi Didi – Jagadguru Dham, Vrindavan

The 76th Birth Anniversary of our beloved Badi Didi, H.H. Sushri Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji, was observed with deep devotion and heartfelt remembrance at Jagadguru Dham, Vrindavan.

During the morning sadhana, devotees were deeply moved by a special video showcasing cherished memories of Badi Didi (H.H. Dr. Vishakha Tripathi Ji). The footage captured her in informal moments – playing, laughing, and selflessly guiding devotees toward the devotional path of Shri Maharaji. Her unwavering dedication to Guru Bhakti, seva, and the path of bhakti continues to inspire all on this divine journey

A heartfelt cake-cutting ceremony was held, and many were overcome with bittersweet emotions, reflecting on her boundless love and guidance, deeply missing her presence. Devotees then also had the sacred opportunity to offer pranam in Badi Didi’s room, paying heartfelt tribute to her invaluable teachings and enduring legacy.

All JKP Ashrams similarly came together to celebrate the 76th Birth Anniversary of our beloved Badi Didi, Sushri Vishakha Tripathi.

10 Feb 25 – National Deworming Day – JKC, Mangarh

On February 10, 2025, in observance of National Deworming Day, Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya (JKC) in Mangarh organized educational seminars at the Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat Education campus and JKC Mangarh premises. These seminars aimed to raise awareness among students about the importance of deworming for maintaining good health. As part of this initiative, 1,045 students received deworming syrups and tablets, underscoring JKC’s commitment to promoting health and well-being in the community.

14 Feb 25 – Gopi Prem Diwas – Jagadguru Dham, Vrindavan

February 14 is globally recognized as Valentine’s Day, a day traditionally dedicated to the celebration of romantic love. However, our beloved Spiritual Master, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, redefined its significance, elevating it from a worldly expression of love to a divine celebration. He chose this day to honour the selfless, transcendental love of the Braj Gopis for their beloved Lord Krishna, naming it Gopi Prem Diwas.

On this auspicious day, a series of devotional activities were organized. Special Aarti and Yugal Charan Abhishek ceremonies were conducted, allowing devotees to express their profound love and devotion to Shri Radha Krishna and Gurudev. A grand Daawat (feast) was also offered. Additionally, devotees had the unique opportunity to apply Chandan Tika to the lotus feet of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj in his room, deepening their personal connection and devotion.

These heartfelt observances encapsulated the essence of Gopi Prem Diwas, reflecting the pure, unconditional love exemplified by the Gopis, and inspiring all to aspire toward such divine love.

19 Feb 25 – Distribution of 300 desk benches to schools – Shri Kripalui Dham

On February 19, 2025, Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP) organized a philanthropic event at Shri Kripalu Dham, distributing 300 desk benches to around 30 schools in and around Pratapgarh. This initiative, part of JKP’s ongoing efforts to support education, aims to provide students from underprivileged backgrounds with better learning environments.

Through these initiatives, JKP continues to make a significant impact on the educational landscape of Pratapgarh, fostering a brighter future for countless students.

24 Feb 25 – 13th Anniversary of  Prem Mandir – Prem Mandir, Vrindavan

On February 24, 2025, Prem Mandir in Vrindavan joyously celebrated its 13th anniversary, marking over a decade since its inauguration in 2012. This architectural marvel, envisioned and established by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, has welcomed millions of visitors from around the world, earning its reputation as a “Wonder of the World.”

The anniversary festivities were marked by a series of special programs that filled the hearts of devotees with devotion and joy. The day commenced with the Yugal Sarkar Abhishek, a sacred ritual bathing ceremony honoring the divine couple, Shri Radha Krishna. Devotees participated with deep reverence, seeking blessings and expressing their unwavering devotion.

Following the Abhishek, a special Daawat (feast) was lovingly prepared and offered to Shri Radha Krishna and Gurudev. Throughout the day, the temple resonated with soul-stirring kirtans. Devotees had the unique opportunity to engage in these devotional chants within the sacred precincts of Prem Mandir itself. Visitors streamed in, singing and dancing, their hearts uplifted by the melodious hymns that echoed the glory of the divine.

The evening session was particularly memorable, with the temple illuminated in all its splendor, creating a mesmerizing ambiance that captivated all who attended. The celebrations were a testament to the enduring legacy of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj and the profound impact of Prem Mandir on the global devotional landscape.

26 Feb 25 – Maha Shivratri – Jagadguru Dham, Vrindavan

On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, devotees gathered with deep devotion to sing soul-stirring kirtans – such as “Om Namah Shivaya” – immersing themselves in the divine glories of Lord Shiva.

In the presence of the revered JKP Presidents, HH Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi and HH Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi, the sacred Abhishek of Lord Shiva was performed with milk, as devotees offered their prayers of Divine Love to Shri Radha Krishna. A divine Bhog of special delicacies was prepared and lovingly presented to Lord Shiva, Shri Radha Krishna and Shri Maharajji, filling the atmosphere with joy and spiritual fervour.
