Bhakti Diwas
Another year ended and we prepared for a new one to begin. New Year 2024 started with a bang. Bhakti Diwas was celebrated on 1 January 2024 in Vrindavan with great enthusiasm by all devotees from different parts of India and overseas. Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj had reminded us that this day was not merely for celebration but for contemplation on how much headway we have made spiritually. Hence, he called it Bhakti Diwas Day. A special Arti, Abhishek and Sankirtan sessions were held at Prem Bhavan, Vrindavan.

Jagadguruttam Diwas
Devotees celebrated the 67th Jagadguruttam Diwas on 14 January 2024. A special Sadhana Shivir was held from 12-14 January 2024 in Vrindavan to celebrate this historic event that took place on 14 January 1957. Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj was only 34 years of age, when he was honoured unanimously with the title of Jagadguru by the Kashi Vidvat Parishad, a body of 500 eminent scholars. Prior to him, only four saints have been honoured with the title of Jagadguru – Adi Jagadguru Shri Shankaracharya, Jagadguru Shri Ramanujacharya, Jagadguru Shri Nimbarkarcharya and Jagadguru Shri Madhavacharya.

Lohri
Lohri was celebrated on 13 January 2024. A huge bonfire, as per tradition, was lit by our dearest Didis under the evening sky and devotees gathered around it. Everyone danced and sang “Radhey, Radhey” remembering this day when Shri Maharaj Ji himself would also light up the Bonfire and remind us of our eternal relationship with Shri Krishna (no matter our background).
